Colleen Murphy 22348e31b8 Follow W3C guidelines for links 
Using hyperlinks with the text "click here" is unfriendly to
accessibility tools like screen readers, and the W3C recommends against
it[1]. Use more descriptive phrasing to conform to accessibility
recommendations.
