Make oslo requirement more vague
To better convey the intent of the requirement, just say that we would like projects to use similar technology, but acknowledge this is a subjective requirement and avoid mentioning oslo specifically. Change-Id: I65bf84b07c9dfe5df19e67a4374311d1c633a9e0
