Many QA tools are branchless and few of them do not release tag also. Those are used as its
master version on all stable branches including the stable/rocky which runs with py3.5 env.
We are keeping the py3.5 support for below listed QA projects until stable/rocky is EOL.

* openstack-health
* os-performance-tools
* bashate
