We have been appointing the PTL for this project since last three cycle (including 2024.1 cycle) - https://github.com/openstack/governance/blob/a7794998c1f0e1c0cd80df75f0d76150d758901c/reference/projects.yaml#L2460 TC discussed about this project in this cycle PTL appointment and as per the project health and their repo gate status, we are marking it as Inactive. - https://etherpad.opendev.org/p/2024.1-leaderless There is time till milestone-2 of this release cycle to recover the situstion and make project healthy and we can remove it from inactive list.
