ironic-webclient no longer has contributors working on it, and will be
retired. It was never even close to production-ready.
python-dracclient is intended to only interact with a single vendor's
hardware, which the ironic team decided[0] we no longer wish to maintain
in ironic's governance. It will continue to be maintained outside of the
ironic governance.
python-wsmanclient is only used by our AMT driver, which is being
dropped from ironic governance soon.[1] Furthermore, it is code to speak
a particular flavor of XML, as I understand things, and so isn't really
part of ironic's mission. This will continue to be maintained outside of
ironic governance.

Addition of the Zun Project - a collaboration of 22 engineers
from 12 affiliations [1] to bring prevailing container technologies
to Openstack.
Zun was originated from Magnum, but became an independent project
based on the decision made by the community in the OpenStack Austin
design summit [2]. After the split, Zun focuses on providing
container service for OpenStack, while Magnum focus on deployment and
management of Container Orchestration Engines (COEs).
Zun aligns with the OpenStack Mission by providing an
OpenStack-native container service backed by various container
technologies. Zun directly builds on existing OpenStack services,
such as Nova, Neutron, Glance, Keystone, Horizon, and potentially
more.
Zun uses the Apache v2.0 license. All library dependencies allow for
unrestricted distribution and deployment.
Our PTL is chosen by our contributors [3], and holds
weekly IRC meetings in #openstack-meeting and are logged [4][5].
We are also available in #openstack-zun to for daily discussion and
as a way for users to interact with our developers openly. Zun
provides a level and open collaboration playing field because it
doesn't benefit a specific vendor or contributors from a specific
vendor.
Zun uses Gerrit for code reviews [6][7][8], and Launchpad [9][10]
for bugs and blueprints tracking. Our code is automatically tested
by the OpenStack CI infrastructure. Our PTL serves as a contact for
cross-project teams in OpenStack.
We make extensive use of existing software, and have not
deliberately reproduced functionality that already exists in other
ecosystem projects. Zun doesn't compete with COEs, such as Swarm,
Mesos, or Kubernetes, but instead offers a pluggable architecture
for vendors to plugin COEs of their choice. We are open to
integrate prevailing container technologies that help OpenStack
operators offer application containers to their cloud users.
Project direction has been publicly discussed at the Austin and
Barcelona OpenStack Design Summit, and in the weekly IRC meetings.
We also use the openstack-dev ML for project discussion.
Zun is compatible with OpenStack APIs, and uses Keystone middleware
to integrate with OpenStack Identity.
There are numerous active contributors from several affiliations who
have significant contribution to Zun.
The Zun team is happy to participate in any goals specified by the
TC, and meet any policies that the TC requires all projects to meet.

Magnum doesn't have any openstack/common artifacts, this
patch updates the project's status on the goal page.
