Akihiro Motoki 27211981a3 Partially Revert "Updated release note toward Queens release." ...

There is no need to create an index page for an unreleased series.
The release job will automatically propose this kind of changes
when a stable branch is cut. Until Queens release, two pages has
same contents and it has no meaning.

This partially reverts commit de6c37377d6d645de96c5317697a02dea9ee0e96.
