OS::Nova::Server: Extend addresses attr to include subnets
This change adds 'subnets' to the addresses attribute of the OS::Nova::Server resource. This enables resolving the subnet properties for the server resource which brings parity with OS::Neutron::Port's 'subnets' attribute.
