Starting with a default of 10 nested stacks is a bit heavy and not necessary for the logic of the tests. This seems to also cause false failures as it can timeout. Change-Id: I51ea045a51884857169f4588a4fc9c67d23dd153
HEAT
Heat is a service to orchestrate multiple composite cloud applications using templates, through both an OpenStack-native ReST API and a CloudFormation-compatible Query API.
Why heat? It makes the clouds rise and keeps them there.
