liyi 8f10215ffd Remove log translations Log messages are no longer being translated. This removes all use of the _LE, _LI, and _LW translation markers to simplify logging and to avoid confusion with new contributions. heat-db-drop: This script drops the heat database from mysql in the case of developer data corruption or erasing heat.
cfn-json2yaml: (bulk) convert AWS CloudFormation templates written in JSON to HeatTemplateFormatVersion YAML templates
