Angus Salkeld e378408196 Make a top level contrib doc header This is to just make it clear that there are other resources besides Rackspace ones. This is not really a bug as both the rackspace and docker headings are the same level, but when going to the page it is easy to see why the bug was made. HEAT

Heat is a service to orchestrate multiple composite cloud applications using templates, through both an OpenStack-native ReST API and a CloudFormation-compatible Query API.

Why heat? It makes the clouds rise and keeps them there.

Getting Started

If you'd like to run from the master branch, you can clone the git repo:
