Create a new config section for configuring the user that trusts are assigned to. This section should be configured like any other auth plugin however it should not provide scoping information. Heat is a service to orchestrate multiple composite cloud applications using templates, through both an OpenStack-native REST API and a CloudFormation-compatible Query API.
