Steven Hardy f4a9c0fcc6 Remove tools/openstack*
Remove the tools/openstack* scripts - they're no longer maintained,
and there are several alternative documented ways to install openstack
with Heat now, so we should direct people to those instead.

HEAT

Heat is a service to orchestrate multiple composite cloud applications using templates, through both an OpenStack-native ReST API and a CloudFormation-compatible Query API.

Why heat? It makes the clouds rise and keeps them there.

Getting Started
