i.e. stop using parser.Template this imports the template module as "templatem" to avoid namespace clashes with the many local variables called "template". Change-Id: I97cc893f630e46589ee71fc73c6bbbcaa86b3a62
HEAT
Heat is a service to orchestrate multiple composite cloud applications using templates, through both an OpenStack-native ReST API and a CloudFormation-compatible Query API.
Why heat? It makes the clouds rise and keeps them there.
