Added correct cursor to components without the href attribute
Original Bootstrap CSS depends on empty href attributes to style cursors for several components. Adding href attributes to link tags in AngularJS will cause unwanted route changes. This styling fix ensures the correct cursor styling is applied to link tags without the need for the href attribute to be added.
