Tatiana Ovchinnikova a3061ad538 Add credential details with QR code for TOTP

This patch adds details pages to Identity -> User Credentials table.
For TOTP type credentials a QR code is generated as well. This code
can be scanned by an authenticator app to create a new TOTP entry in
the application.
