kenji-ishii a9e9d715bb Add function to recreate ec2 credential ... At the moment, we can view the credentials of ec2 in Horizon. But we can not delete or update it. When information of access key and secret key were leaked out, it would be nice if we can regenerate a credentials via not only CLI but also Horizon.
