Serhii Vasheka fe85cd29b2 Skip test_sahara_image_registry while investigating reasons 
Currently we have test_sahara_image_registry failing the gate.
It will require time to investigate and fix it.
While so I suggest we disable it so it wouldn't -1 everyone.

Horizon Integration Tests

Horizon's integration tests treat Horizon as a black box.

Running the integration tests

  1. Set up an OpenStack server

  2. Update the configuration file at horizon.conf

  3. Run the tests. :

    $ ./run_tests.sh --integration
