Fixes bug #1175241
This is a grizzly version of commit b7e36244c0
in master branch. To avoid fuzzy strings PO files are directly downloaded
from Transifex instead of cherry-picking from master.
This commit does not override the source language 'en'
to avoid the bug fixed by commit a7505869c4.
