Ivan Kolodyazhny 8ce6b37e5c Remove Cinder API v1 compatibility

Since Cinder API v1 is removed in I03bf2db5bd7e2fdfb4f6032758ccaf2b348a82ba
we don't need _replace_v2_parameters function anymore.

Horizon (OpenStack Dashboard)

Horizon is a Django-based project aimed at providing a complete OpenStack Dashboard along with an extensible framework for building new dashboards from reusable components. The openstack_dashboard module is a reference implementation of a Django site that uses the horizon app to provide web-based interactions with the various OpenStack projects.
