Django 1.11 support was dropped. Django 1.11 ends its extended support in April 2020 which is before Ussuri release. Considering this, horizon dropped Django 1.11 support. Unnecessary Django version checks in the code are also dropped. Change-Id: I2c58934f2b026745fbc97a58212b91d149db3657 |

Horizon (OpenStack Dashboard)
Horizon is a Django-based project aimed at providing a complete
OpenStack Dashboard along with an extensible framework for building new
dashboards from reusable components. The
openstack_dashboard module is a reference implementation of
a Django site that uses the horizon app to provide
web-based interactions with the various OpenStack projects.
