The QoS panel is not complete and so is being disabled by default. The merged part is working though, and users can view and delete trunks. The panel can be re-enabled by deleting the DISABLED flag from the file enabling the panel: openstack_dashboard/enabled/_1510_project_network_qos_panel.py Implements: blueprint network-bandwidth-limiting-qos Change-Id: I5870885487ceeb2a73752a08945ca7de6ced423b
