This resolves the following error when trying to run Horizon if it has been installed via "django-admin make_web_conf --wgi": AppRegistryNotReady: The translation infrastructure cannot be initialized before the apps registry is ready. Check that you don't make non-lazy gettext calls at import time. and is backwards-compatible with our currently supported versions. Horizon (OpenStack Dashboard)
Horizon is a Django-based project aimed at providing a complete
OpenStack Dashboard along with an extensible framework for building new
dashboards from reusable components. The
openstack_dashboard module is a reference implementation of
a Django site that uses the horizon app to provide
web-based interactions with the various OpenStack projects.
