The I18n team holds weekly meetings on Thursdays at alternating times
in #openstack-meeting IRC channel.

* Every odd week: 13:00 UTC, Thursday
* Every even week: 07:00 UTC, Thursday

   Odd and even values are calculated based on ISO week numbers.
