James Slagle abd9511497 Remove libvirt default network for overcloud-full 
Our overcloud-full image always has libvirt installed. Remove the
default libvirt network from autostarting, which can break routing and
is generally undesired. This already happens automatically on compute
nodes via the puppet manifest from tripleo-heat-templates. The same
logic is probably needed in the control manifest as well for all in one
images.

Element for the overcloud-full image created by instack-undercloud.

Workarounds

This element can be used to apply needed workarounds.

  • openstack-glance-api and openstack-glance-registry are currently installed explicitly since this is not handled by the overcloud-control element from tripleo-puppet-elements
