Dougal Matthews 6a016a6214 Use the default queue when calling create_deployment_plan ... This change happened in tripleoclient[1], but never in instack-undercloud. Using a uuid queue name means a queue is left in Zaqar but never used - we don't consume the messages from it or delete the queue.
