Harald Jensås 868965c340 Fix pycodestyle warnings/errors now visible with hacking 1.1.0 
This fixes the warning/errors except for the C901 Function is
too complex in the ironic_inspector/rules.py's create method.

Bump's max-complexity to 18 in tox.ini to workaround the C901.

Hardware introspection for OpenStack Bare Metal

Introduction

This is an auxiliary service for discovering hardware properties for a node managed by Ironic. Hardware introspection or hardware properties discovery is a process of getting hardware parameters required for scheduling from a bare metal node, given its power management credentials (e.g. IPMI address, user name and password).

Note

ironic-inspector was called ironic-discoverd before version 2.0.0.
