Dmitry Tantsur f6b28e8244 Simple functional testing for discoverd and the reference ramdisk
New 'tox -efunc' command fetches the ramdisk from Github and
executes some simple testing with it. Ironic and Keystone API
are faked. Tools used by ramdisk are faked too.
