Adds support to the agent to receive, store, and return
that token to ironic's API, when supported.
This feature allows ironic and ultimately the agent to
authenticate interactions, when supported, to prevent
malicious abuse of the API endpoint.

Increases the amount of ram for CoreOS IPA to 2GB
as the base CoreOS image is now 310MB.
Bumped CPU count for CoreOS runs to 2 CPUs as the
concurrency helps boot times for the CoreOS ramdisk.
Adds netbase, udev, and open-iscsi to debian jessie container
as they are no longer present in the default container.
Explicitly set path variable for execution in the debian
container as udevadm is in /sbin, and we may not have
/sbin on the path that is passed through to the
chroot.
Also fixed new pep8 test failures.

Lookup/Heartbeat via vendor passthru was deprecated in Newton.
This patch removes the corresponding functionality from IPA,
and also removes handling of 'ipa-driver-name' kernel parameter,
as it was only used in code related to old passthru.

Use the namedtuple class to improve code readability by creating a Host
class with namedtuple to store the 'hostname' and 'port'
Replace foo[0] with foo.hostname, and foo[1] with foo.port to make code
more readable.

Per Doug's email[0], 'warnerrors' in setup.cfg hasn't actually been
working for some time now, and we've piled up a few warnings. Fix these
before a pbr release to unbreak it gets pushed out and breaks our doc
builds.

The functional tests in IPA were broken because the configuration
options weren't loaded prior to starting the service. This patch does
now register the configuration option at the base class.

We are using oslo.log now, but some of the modules still use logging.
We should use oslo.log to keep consistency, besides, oslo.log can
provide fine wrapper for OpenStack projects.

This adds additional functional tests for the commands API.
It also restructures the current functional test to run in
sequence as a monolithic test to preserve IPA state and test
order between test runs. The time to wait for IPA to start
was increased due to an intermittent race condition that
occurs with the larger test suite.

Starts up an agent in a thread and then runs functional tests against
it.
Add the first functional test of the API: a simple test of the
commands API.
