When using iDRAC firmware 4.40.00.00 or newer with virtual media boot and new
Virtual Console plug-in type eHTML5, there is an error: "Unable to mount remote
share". This is a known issue that will be fixed in future iDRAC firmware
releases. Until then can adjust settings in iDRAC to use plug-in type HTML5. In
iDRAC web UI go to Configuration -> Virtual Console and select Plug-in Type to
HTML5.
