The latest pyasn1-lextudio patch has been yanked [1] and all the working versions have been removed from pypi, it looks like lextudio won't maintain pyasn1 anymore. We should move back again to plain pyasn1 [2]. Also bump proliantutils min required version as it has already switched back to working pyasn1 and pysnmp.
