Dmitry Tantsur 349bf2d5bc Clean up vendor prefixes for iLO boot ...

Generic fields, such as deploy_{kernel,ramdisk,iso) and bootloader
should not have vendor prefixes. This patch removes them from
the iLO boot interfaces with deprecation.

Also clean up the code a bit for less repetition.
