Dmitry Tantsur 840ce16668 Allow setting image_download_source per node ... Allows certain flexibility when it comes to low RAM vs high RAM nodes, and large vs small images. Also deploy_interface is settable per node, so this feature makes it easier to migrate from the iscsi deploy.
