Gary Kotton 0d7cce3a79 No need for 'default=None' in config variable 
By default the value is None. There is no need to specify
this.

Ironic tempest plugin

This directory contains Tempest tests to cover the Ironic project, as well as a plugin to automatically load these tests into tempest.
