Dmitry Tantsur 0d6b431cba Repair the ironic-standalone-operator job ...

Install docker-buildx to be able to use newer syntax in ironic-image.

Enable access to the IPA image cache in the firewall.

Collect some system logs similarly to how metal3-integration does it.
