Hugo Nicodemos f8bf0ad51b Remove python-oneviewclient from oneview hardware type. ...

This patch removes the ``python-oneviewclient`` library from
``oneview`` hardware type since it was migrated to ``hponeview``
and ``python-ilorest-library``.
