In Ib88adcf0a6ef09349aefd6fba981a399a73ed8dd smaug is added to projects.txt. This change manually runs the update code to make sure that smaug is ready for inclusion in projects.txt Change-Id: Ieb63b5a2bd308d3952f786c0007d81aad0516a82
