Use port 5000, keystone-wsgi-public and --http-socket

The present port 35357 and special command keystone-wsgi-admin
are used by v2 API. These have been switched over to the new
port 5000 and public wsgi application, because v2 API is no more
needed and have been removed. Also, uswgi --http is missing
'socket' flag and have been added.
