Brant Knudson 0e0efdbd66 Work with pymongo 3.0 
pymongo 3.0 renamed mongos_enum to read_pref_mode_from_name which
was causing the unit tests to fail.

Conflicts:
	keystone/common/cache/backends/mongo.py

OpenStack Keystone

Keystone provides authentication, authorization and service discovery mechanisms via HTTP primarily for use by projects in the OpenStack family. It is most commonly deployed as an HTTP interface to existing identity systems, such as LDAP.
