Harshada Mangesh Kakad 114f72f286 Replace deprecated library function os.popen() with subprocess 
os.popen() is deprecated since version 2.6. Resolved with use of
subprocess module.

OpenStack Keystone

Keystone provides authentication, authorization and service discovery mechanisms via HTTP primarily for use by projects in the OpenStack family. It is most commonly deployed as an HTTP interface to existing identity systems, such as LDAP.
