lvdongbing 17d7ea26db Replace assertEqual(None, *) with assertIsNone in tests 
Replace assertEqual(None, *) with assertIsNone in keystone's tests
to havemore clear messages in case of failure.

Closes-Bug: #1280522

OpenStack Keystone

Keystone provides authentication, authorization and service discovery mechanisms via HTTP primarily for use by projects in the OpenStack family. It is most commonly deployed as an HTTP interface to existing identity systems, such as LDAP.
