Eric Brown 2d540f5cea Remove reference to future removal of saml
The saml2 auth plugin was already removed in this release (ocata)
and therefore is no longer a need to document that it'll be removed.

The patch that removed the plugin was:

Keystone provides authentication, authorization and service discovery mechanisms via HTTP primarily for use by projects in the OpenStack family. It is most commonly deployed as an HTTP interface to existing identity systems, such as LDAP.
