This caused the keystone logs in a normal run to grow to
over 1G. This is unsustainable.
This should be reverted, and a more targeted approach added
if there is need for per request logging here.

OpenStack Keystone
Keystone provides authentication, authorization and service discovery mechanisms via HTTP primarily for use by projects in the OpenStack family. It is most commonly deployed as an HTTP interface to existing identity systems, such as LDAP.
