Morgan Fainberg 49109f1cca Fix test for get_*_by_name invalidation
Use the correct .get_*by_name method for project and domain to
populate the cache instead of get by id when testing.

Keystone provides authentication, authorization and service discovery mechanisms via HTTP primarily for use by projects in the OpenStack family. It is most commonly deployed as an HTTP interface to existing identity systems, such as LDAP.
