Add minor changes to the code to support the apache module
mod_auth_openidc (https://github.com/pingidentity/mod_auth_openidc)

Also add documention on how to setup mod_auth_openidc for
SP federation.

OpenStack Keystone

Keystone provides authentication, authorization and service discovery mechanisms via HTTP primarily for use by projects in the OpenStack family. It is most commonly deployed as an HTTP interface to existing identity systems, such as LDAP.
