Add support for an admin setting a user's password, the route is defined here: https://github.com/openstack/keystone/blob/master/keystone/v2_crud/admin_crud.py#L110-L114 Also, this patch updates the sample response and sample request for enabling a user, since the two APIs are very similar. Keystone provides authentication, authorization and service discovery mechanisms via HTTP primarily for use by projects in the OpenStack family. It is most commonly deployed as an HTTP interface to existing identity systems, such as LDAP.
