
PEP257's D203 check ensures that you have a blank line before class docstrings. This rule directly conflicts with D211 (no blank lines before class docstrings), which is intended to supersede D203. OpenStack Keystone
Keystone provides authentication, authorization and service discovery mechanisms via HTTP primarily for use by projects in the OpenStack family. It is most commonly deployed as an HTTP interface to existing identity systems, such as LDAP.
