Brant Knudson 97b0627d80 Documentation cleanup
Several warnings and errors were reported when building
documentation. This makes it difficult for developers to
validate that new changes to don't have problems.

Most of the warnings and errors are fixed with this change.

OpenStack Keystone

Keystone provides authentication, authorization and service discovery mechanisms via HTTP primarily for use by projects in the OpenStack family. It is most commonly deployed as an HTTP interface to existing identity systems, such as LDAP.
