Yusuke Niimi b438bf1efe Add doc of OAuth2.0 Client Credentials Grant Flow
This patch provides Keystone documents for OAuth2.0 client
authorization. The specification about new API is added to API
Reference. Also OAuth2.0 client credentials grant flow is added to
admin guide.

OpenStack Keystone

OpenStack Keystone provides authentication, authorization and service discovery mechanisms via HTTP primarily for use by projects in the OpenStack family. It is most commonly deployed as an HTTP interface to existing identity systems, such as LDAP.
