Alexander Maretskiy bb987a7be1 Rename directory with rally jobs files. Directory `rally-scenarios' is renamed to `rally-jobs'. New name is required by Rally documentation, old name `rally-scenarios' is deprecated. OpenStack Keystone

Keystone provides authentication, authorization and service discovery mechanisms via HTTP primarily for use by projects in the OpenStack family. It is most commonly deployed as an HTTP interface to existing identity systems, such as LDAP.
