Eric Brown 6bc084df0e Update the keystone-manage man page options 
Several of the command line options don't match the current output
from keystone-manage -h.

Here's the output of keystone-manage to compare with the new man
page content:

Building Docs

Developer documentation is generated using Sphinx. To build this documentation, run the following from the root of the repository:

$ tox -e docs

The documentation will be built at doc/build/.
